“But Sarah, I don’t know where to start!”
My clients often tell me they are overwhelmed with the amount of information thrown at them everyday on how to “get healthy in 5 quick steps” but they still don’t know the first step to take.
There’s no magic bullet, but you can absolutely start feeling better now. We’ll start with coping with stress and learning how your thoughts and emotions affect your health. Then you can work on eating better, moving more, and sleeping through the night.
Meet Your Health Coach
I went into nursing at the baby age of 22. On my first shift my patient passed away. I was absolutely not prepared for the emotional rollercoaster of being a nurse. Then, after I had my 3 babies I somehow just forgot to take care of myself. I was busy wiping bottoms at home and wiping bottoms at work. I wasn’t taking care of my body and I certainly wasn’t taking care of my thoughts.
At the height of anxious thoughts and sleepless nights I heard about the benefits of health coaching on a podcast. I was immediately sucked into the lifestyle changes I could control for my own health. I enrolled in health coaching school, worked with a coach, and learned how to better manage my stress. Now, I am on a mission to help other caregivers improve their physical and mental health through lifestyle changes.
