Health Must-Haves vs. Nice-to-Haves
Popular media outlets lead us to believe that there is a magic bullet to health, and they have THE answer, which is usually taking their product. Many of the interventions to health we see online are nice-to-have, but do not move the needle as powerfully as the must-have foundational pillars of health: stress management, sleep, nutrition and movement.
